Qualifications & Education
Kourosh is a fully licensed Chartered Physiotherapist and a current member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP). He has a masters degree in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh and an undergraduate degree in Athletic Therapy from Dublin City University, with a full athletics scholarship for his four years at DCU.
Kourosh initially started working in the NHS as a physiotherapist in outpatient clinics and wards in London. Upon returning to Ireland he increased his scope by working in private practice.
He has worked and competed in the athletic field. He has represented Ireland in the High Jump and Decathlon and his list of achievements are endless including 3rd place in the European Youth Olympic games and 6x Irish national senior champion. Kourosh has also coached and mentored in Athletics and Basketball as well as working in Strength and Conditioning with the DCU Athletics Academy.
He has a keen interest in back & neck pain, manual therapy, dry needling, strength & conditioning, post op. recovery and Pilates.
