Qualifications & Education
Sarah is a Chartered Physiotherapist with current membership of the CORU. She attended the University of Limerick where she was awarded a first class honours BSc in physiotherapy. She is currently undertaking a PhD in the area of running injuries.
Sarah has worked in both a private practice setting and pitch-side. She has a keen interest in running injuries, given the topic of her research, which explores the underlying factors related to running injuries. She also has a special interest in treating neck pain and is a big advocate of evidence-based practice. She is certified in Dry Needling Therapy, and uses these skills as an adjunct to physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation.
When Sarah isn’t at work or behind a computer she is running and gymming. She is a keen baker and cook and enjoys nothing more than a Saturday morning stroll with coffee and a pastry.
