Qualifications & Education

Puja is a fully licensed Chartered Physiotherapist with current membership of The Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) in Ireland and Indian Association of Physiotherapist (IAP). She has completed her Bachelor degree in physiotherapy at the MGM University (MUHS), in India. She is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner and has completed many postgraduate courses in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy including Mckenzie for Cervical and Lumbar Spine along with Kinesiology Taping & Neurodynamic.

She specialises in the treatment of Musculoskeletal Pain, Neuromusculoskeletal Conditions, and Sports Injuries.


Puja has over 5 years of clinical experience in core-areas of Cardio-Respiratory, Neurology and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in varied healthcare set-ups like multi-speciality hospitals and private clinics back in India. She has worked with a wide variety of patients requiring Rehabilitation in areas such as Post-Surgical, Pre/Post Joint Replacement, Stroke and Musculoskeletal.

The experience of heading a private clinic has enriched her skills in manual therapy techniques like joints & nerve mobilisation, manipulation, trigger point and functional movements. Having a strong inclination towards sports injuries, Puja also specialises in treating Post-operative cases such as ACL reconstruction, Rotator cuff repair, Subacromial decompression, Acromioclavicular injuries and Meniscus repair.

Puja treats patients with a holistic approach. She combines manual treatments with the necessary individual exercise therapy and ensures patients achieve their goals.


In her free time, she enjoys playing badminton, running and watching movies.
