Patient Services Team Member Required To Join Our Busy Head Office Team. Your Responsibilities Will Involve But Not Limited To:
- Answering calls
- Scheduling and completing patient bookings
- Liaising with patients and medical professionals
- Assisting Accounts department with Invoicing & Orders
- Filing / Scanning / Faxing
- General Office Duties
We are looking for the following in candidates:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent telephone manner and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Well presented with a professional attitude
- Team Player
- A friendly personality with a can do attitude is essential.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Immediate start for someone who wants to join a fast growing and dynamic team
This role is Tuesday to Saturday and working hours are variable i.e. (9.00am – 5.00pm, 10.00am – 6.00pm, 11.00am – 7.00pm). Please only apply if you are willing to be flexible with your working times.
