Jack is a physiotherapist who graduated with an Honours degree from University College Dublin and has since completed post-graduate training in dry needling and Pilates. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation and has recently returned from New Zealand where he spent three years working in the private sector.

Whilst in New Zealand Jack gained experience treating a wide variety of conditions including back and neck pain, sports related issues and pre/post operative patients. Jack employs a combination of physiotherapy and Pilates techniques in order to achieve the best outcome for his clients and has seen firstly-hand the benefits this approach can have through his own injury rehabilitation. Jack has previous experience working with elite athletes in Rugby, Hockey and Cricket in both Ireland and New Zealand and is a keen sportsman himself.
