Chris Moore, Chartered Physiotherapist
Qualifications & Education
Chris is a fully licensed Chartered Physiotherapist with current membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. He is also a Certified Athletic Rehabilitation Therapist & holds a Masters in Strength & Conditioning. Chris obtained an Honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation & Athletic Therapy from Middlesex University along with his Masters. He later undertook a Degree in Physiotherapy at University College Dublin. Chris has also completed courses in Dry Needling and Trigger Point Therapy, Chronic Lower back pain & Its Management, Active Release Techniques, Concussion & Management Protocols.
Chris has significant experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. He has previously worked in the AFL with Port Adelaide Power, FAI & Intercounty Football and Hurling Teams. More recently Chris has worked as an Assistant Lecturer in Carlow Institute of technology on the Sports Rehabilitation & Athletic Therapy degree Course.
Chris first love is sport. He was a senior footballer with St Maurs GAA Club Rush having represented Dublin at underage level. Chris also has a particular interest in endurance sports and in 2016 completed both the Dublin Marathon and The Bolton Ironman event.
