Patient Services Team Member Required To Join Our Busy Head Office Team. Your Responsibilities Will Involve But Not Limited To:
• Answering calls
• Scheduling and completing patient bookings
• Liaising with patients and medical professionals
• Assisting Accounts department with Invoicing & Orders
• Filing / Scanning / Faxing
• General Office Duties
We are looking for the following in candidates:
• Fluency in English
• Excellent telephone manner and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Well presented with a professional attitude
• Team Player
• A friendly personality with a can do attitude is essential.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Immediate start for someone who wants to join a fast growing and dynamic team
This role is Tuesday to Saturday and working hours are variable i.e. (9.00am – 5.00pm, 10.00am – 6.00pm, 11.00am – 7.00pm). Please only apply if you are willing to be flexible with your working times.
