Tommy Finucane, Chartered Physiotherapist
Tommy graduated from the University of Limerick with a Bsc in Physiotherapy (Hons) in 2009 and is currently studying medicine at University College Cork.
He is a full member of the ISCP (Irish Society Of Chartered Physiotherapists).
Since graduating Tommy has worked in a wide variety of fields: Respiratory, Intensive Care, Stroke Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation. However the majority of his experience is in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Tommy has worked with a wide variety of sports teams and individuals at all levels. He was with the High Performance Centre in UL from 2009 to 2010 where he worked with junior and senior Olympian swimmers. More recently he was involved with the Tipperary hurlers 2012/2013.
Tommy has done a number of post-graduate courses, including Dry Needling and Sports Traumatology. His particular areas of interest are in rehabilitation of the shoulder, the knee and the lower back.
