What is Sports Physio and how can it Help?

Sports Physiotherapy targets the areas of the body that are most affected by sporting performance. The body feels the repercussions from Sports at any level – you don’t have to be an international athlete to need Sports Physio.

Our team of Chartered Physiotherapists possess years of experience in treating sports injuries in all of our clinics. These treatments have been applied to athletes of every sport and standard, so regardless of your level  of activity, we can help you out. Depending on your injury, our sports physios will use a combination of therapies (heat, ice, massage, dry needling, interferential etc.) alongside other tried and tested treatment methods.
