Traction
There are two types of traction: manual and mechanical.
Manual traction is a gentle stretching treatment for the neck, back or peripheral joint performed by our Physios to relieve compression on the joints or other structures.
Mechanical traction is performed by a machine and is used mostly for diagnosed and severe disc conditions of the neck or back. We have a traction unit and can provide mechanical traction where deemed appropriate.
