Sports Training Programmes
Every sport uses different muscles and different muscles combinations. Our Physios can provide specific flexibility and strengthening exercises which target the dominant muscles for the sport you wish to participate in or improve in. These programmes can be developed for beginner / intermediate and advanced levels of sport and are produced with your exact body type and needs in mind. The target is to improved required fitness and to target the necessary muscles and improve flexibility to avoid injury and improve performance.
The most commonly assessed are golf, tennis, soccer, rugby and running including specific marathon running programmes.
