Megan Kennedy, Chartered Physiotherapist
Qualifications & Education
Megan is a Chartered Physiotherapist and current member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP). She obtained her BSc (HONS) in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin.
Megan has worked both in Ireland and overseas in Singapore for the last number of years. She has valuable experience in cardiorespiratory, orthopaedic (elective and traumatic), neurological (brain injury and Parkinson's disease), amputee and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Megan is a PTTI trained Pilates instructor and has completed a course in functional movement which compliments her special interests in the treatment and management of low back pain and various musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.
She is a keen long distance runner and has valuable insight and skills in the treatment of common running injuries.
Megan also has a special interest in clinical research and the role of exercise medicine in the management of chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease and blood disorders. She is currently pursuing postgraduate research studies in this domain.
