mobile developer

Experience Level: 3+ years

We are looking for a qualified Mobile developer to join our Product Development team. You will be working with our engineers to develop and maintain an innovative fitness, health and wellness platform on a 12 month contract.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about mobile platforms and creating excellent UX and have an interest in fitness, health and wellness. As an inhouse Mobile developer, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities

·        Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)

·        Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code

·        Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions

·        Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions

·        Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance

·        Design interfaces to improve user experience

Requirements

    Digital marketing manager

    We are looking for a digital marketing manager to take full responsibility for all of our digital channels. 

    Spectrum Health operate 6 B2C websites, 2 B2B website and have website views surpassing 50,000 per month. The individual will be required to take ownership of the spend in each of our channels and the results derived from these.

    We have been around for nearly 10 years, had over 140,000 people visit our clinics, helped the health and wellness of 80,000 employees, and have serviced the needs of over 350 corporate clients. We have done things a certain way, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s been the right way – that’s why we are looking for an individual to with the strength of character and creativity to transform our digital presence and strategy.

    You’ll report to the Commercial Director and have support from an excellent internal team of content creators, health and wellness experts, graphic designers and software designers all within our modern and open office in Merrion Square, Dublin 2.

    Primary duties include

    • Full ownership of our B2C channels in terms of websites, Adwords, social media, search marketing and display
    • Ensure these channels hit targets around conversion rate and cost per acquisition
    • Implement and control our inbound marketing and B2B acquisition strategy
    • Plan and deliver a coherent and diverse content/social media calendar on a monthly basis
    • Work with our content creation team and our brand specialist to ensure our digital presence matces our company objectives
    • Work with our sales team to ensure they are supported in the delivery of contacts and leads on consistent basis.

    Key Skills

    Junior Quality Assurance tester

    We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) tester to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

    QA tester responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)

    The QA tester role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.

    This role is suitable for a QA tester with 1-2 years’ experience or a recent Computer Science graduate with experience working in software development.

    Primary duties include

    • Review requirements, specifications technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
    • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
    • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
    • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
    • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
    • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
    • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
    • Monitor debugging process results
    • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
    • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
    • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

    Requirements

    • Experience in software development
    • Experience in software quality assurance
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes including regression testing using automated testing tools.
    • Ability in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
    • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
    • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
    • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
    • Strong knowledge of Java, PHP or C#.
    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

    Patient Services team leader

    We are looking for a Patient Services Team Leader to join our busy team in Dublin 2.

    Primary duties include

    • Overseeing a busy team providing admin support for all 32 clinics
    • Acting as an intermediary between Patient Service team and management, reporting directly to the company's Director of Operations
    • Organising and maintaining Patient Services team, including rotas and annual leave cover and delegation of tasks
    • Overseeing the patient journeys and interaction with the company and examining ways to improve the patient experience
    • Continually looking for ways to improve how things are done including reviewing procedures and potential process improvements and successful implementations
    • Assisting the Finance Department with credit control queries and generating customer invoices when required.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Superb attention to detail with refined organisation skills
    • Excellent communication skills including telephone manner and experience in dealing with the public
    • Previous experience in managing a team
